tweaked slightly from serious eats ‘the best arnold palmer recipe’
ingredients:
- lemons, 3 lbs
- sugar, 200 g
- water, 750 ml
- black tea, 5 tea-bags
1. combine water and tea in a large vessle, cover and place in fridge for 6 hours
2. juice all the lemons and cut their rinds into quarters
3. add rinds to a bowl with sugar, toss, then cover wit plastic wrap
4. toss every 45 minutes for 3 hours
5. add 1 cup of lemon juice to sugar rind mixture and mix until sugar is fully dissolved
6. pour through a fine sieve
7. combine brewed tea and lemonade syrup, store in fridge

ingredients:
- arnold palmer, 2.5 oz
- gin (we like botanist), 1 oz
- sparkeling white wine (we like prosecco), 5 oz
- orange bitters, 1 dash
- mint leaves, 10ish (reserve 1 cute tip)
*gin interchangeable w/ vodka
1. add mint to a shaker and muddle
2. fill shaker with ice and add arnold palmer, gin, and orange bitters
3. shake vigourously for 20 seconds
4. fill highball with ice
5. half fill highball with sparkeling white wine
6. strain shaker into glass to top off
7. garnish with cute tip & festive accessory
dry arnold
ingredients (makes 1 liter):
- arnold palmer, 750 ml
- london dry gin, 250 ml
- orange bitters, 1 dash
1. combine arnold palmer and gin in a 1L pitcher
2. keep in fridge until ready to use
3. when ready to serve, add 3.5 oz to a shaker filled with ice
4. dash bitters and shake for 20 seconds to airate
5. strain over a highball full of ice
6. garnish with lemon peel

ingredients:
*make lime arnold palmer by swapping out lemons for limes
- lime palmer, 1.5 oz
- white rum, 2 oz
- lime zest, 1/2 tsp
- mint leaves, 10 leaves
- sugar, 1 tsp
- club soda, 5 oz
1. add sugar and mint leaves to a highball glass and muddle
2. fill glass and shaker with ice
3. add lime palmer, rum, and lime zest to shaker and shake for 20 seconds
4. half fill glass with club soda (approx. 5 oz)
5. strain shaker over glass to top off
6. garnish with two young mint sprigs and lime peel

- bourbon, 2 oz
- grated ginger, 1 tbsp
- mint leaves, 10 leaves
1. add mint to shaker and muddle
2. fill shaker and a rocks glass with ice
3. add lime palmer, bourbon, and grated ginger to shaker and shake vigourously for 30 seconds
4. strain shaker over glass
6. garnish with orange peel
